A sweet Christmas parade

The third annual lighted Christmas parade lit up downtown Saturday. This year’s theme was “A Sweet Christmas,” with children from Red River Valley Syndrome Society serving as grand marshals. The parade started after sunset in the Lamar County Courthouse parking lot, proceeded to Clarksville Street, where things took a left on 12th SE, down Lamar Avenue, over to North Main Street and back to the courthouse.
