The Panthers take out Pittsburg with help from Hunter Reeves, 4-1

Hunter Reeves had two extra base hits, helping the Panthers to a 4-1 victory over Pittsburg on Friday.

He tripled in the fourth inning and homered in the seventh inning.

Daniel Gibbons handled Pittsburg ‘s lineup with ease, racking up 10 strikeouts. Daniel allowed no earned runs on four hits and three walks over 6 2/3 innings.

The Panthers were sparked by Hunter and Trey Scudder, who teamed up for four hits and five RBIs.

In the second inning, Pittsburg pushed across its only run of the day on an RBI single by Kason Newman.

The Panthers never trailed after scoring three runs in the fourth on a three-run triple by Hunter.
