Lady Patriots Cruise Past Cooper, 15-4

Lady Patriots scored six runs in the fourth on an RBI double by Laney Raley, an RBI double by Chelsea Kimberling, an RBI double by Lauren Miller, an RBI double by Macy Madewell, an RBI single by Morgan Berry, and an RBI single by Kaitlyn Spray.

Lauren did her best to jumpstart the offense for Lady Patriots, reaching base four times. She scored three runs and had one RBI.

Madi Gray‘s seven strikeouts were enough to push Lady Patriots past Cooper. Madi allowed no earned runs, four hits and no walks over six innings.

Lady Patriots hammered Cooper pitching as six hitters had a field day, combining for 17 hits, nine RBIs and 11 runs scored.

Kinnamon took the loss for Cooper. She allowed 15 runs in six innings, walked three and struck out none.

The top of the second saw Lady Patriots take an early lead, 1-0. Madi got things going for Lady Patriots with a single. A stolen base then moved Madi from first to second.

The lead stayed with Lady Patriots after the third, when it scored one run on an RBI single by Bri Calabria.
