Bailee Nickerson helps North Lamar Pantherette Varsity down Liberty-Eylau 4-1

NL LOGOBailee Nickerson went 3-3 at the plate, helping North Lamar Pantherette Varsity to a 4-1 victory over Liberty-Eylau on Tuesday.

She singled in the first and third innings and doubled in the fifth inning.

Madison Morrison worked out of two difficult moments for North Lamar Pantherette Varsity. She pitched five innings and allowed no earned runs on four hits. Madison faced her most difficult moment in the fifth inning.

North Lamar Pantherette Varsity stayed on top until the final out after taking the lead in the first, scoring one run on a solo home run by Balee Brown.

One North Lamar Pantherette Varsity baserunners came all the way around to score in each of the third, fifth and sixth. In the third, North Lamar Pantherette Varsity scored on an RBI single by Bailee, scoring Delaney England.

It didn’t take long for North Lamar Pantherette Varsity to answer as it scored one run of its own in the sixth. North Lamar Pantherette Varsity scored on an RBI double by Tanna Huie.
