North Lamar Loses in Extra Innings to Sulphur Springs

The North Lamar Panthers battled toe-to-toe with the Sulphur Springs Wildcats but in the end, the Wildcat offense was too much. North Lamar and Sulphur Springs entered the extra frame tied at one. The Wildcats put up five runs in the eight inning while North Lamar only could manage two runs.

Josh Knowles and Kevin Dickey were the only two players that had RBI for the Panthers. Braydon Steed had two of the three North Lamar hits while Trey Scudder had the other one.

Brandon Dusenberry went 5.2 innings on the mound and gave up one run on six hits. Ty Jones pitched 1.2 innings and gave up five runs on four hits.
