Man arrested after reports he choked his wife - Paris Police Press Release, November 20
A Paris man was arrested on Monday for a felony assault charge when it was reported to Police that he had choked his wife during an argument, according to Paris Police public information officer, Curtis Garrett.
After hearing a report of the choking, police arrested Thomas Scott Lockwood, Sr. on a charge of felony assault.
Paris Police also arrested 21 year old Quayshawn Mykale Bledsaw on a felony robbery warrant. The original incident was reported to police on November 9. It was reported that Bledsaw had assaulted his girlfriend and stolen her vehicle. It was found that Bledsaw had two other felony warrants for probation violations out of the Lamar County sheriff’s department.
Paris Police responded to a call of a suspicious person in the 2500 block of N Main St. Police located 28 year old John Hayden Calk of Paris and found that he had an outstanding Felony Robbery warrant out of Pennsylvania. Calk was arrested without incident.
