A public hearing is scheduled at tonight’s Paris City Council for an ordinance that would approve a site plan for a medical park in the 2900 to 3000 block of Pine Mill Road, east of Collegiate Drive.
Dave Eisele, representing Paris Hilltop Real Estate Properties, is seeking approval for construction of Paris Surgery center on the north side of Pine Mill Road, east of the Social Security office.
The site is directly across from two dental offices. An assisted living center also is across the street, and another assisted living and long-term care center is north of the property.
City Planning Manager Alan Efrussy said the city’s development review team — City Engineer Shawn Napier, Fire Marshal Dale Maberry, Building Official Joey Sleeper and himself — reviewed the documents and found they met all the requirements.
The city’s Planning and Zoning Commission gave its approval one week ago.
