Cruise Night is where the cars are here in Paris. And when the weather warms up, the cars come out and so do the people. The first Friday of every month from April til November, drivers bring their custom cars, hot rods, and old time cars to the Downtown Plaza Square for a night of fun. Come out with your friends and family if you want to see the best vehicles around.
The event started almost three years ago, when Bobby Slagel and the late Bobby Floyd, two passionate car enthusiasts organized Cruise Night. “We’re going on three years now in July,” Slagel commented. “If you got a car, bring them out and spectators are always welcome.”
The sight of the cars, the feel of the scene, and the roar of the engines are a must for fans of all ages, and 50’s rock is played along with the classic cars. Take your old joy-ride out of the garage, and let it get some fresh air. Or, if you don’t have one, come out and visit with the great folks willing to show theirs off.
