The North Lamar Blue Team lost to Liberty Eylau 14-8. Hunter Perry scored on a quarterback sneak from 1 yard out. Joshua Kok scored on the 2 point conversion. Braylen Perrin recovered a fumble defensively. Joshua Kok also added a fumble recovery as well.
They head into next week’s matchup with a 2-2 overall record, 1-1 in district.
The North Lamar Gold Team won over Liberty Eylau 6-0. Jeremiah Guenther provided the only scoring of the game on a 10 yard scamper. Tyler Hill ran the ball well on the night with several first down runs. Ty Reece blocked a punt and Matthew Gibbons had an interception defensively.
The win runs their overall record to 2-2, 2-0 in district play.
The Panther’s next game will be in Atlanta on Tuesday October 23rd. The Blue game starts at 5:00 PM with the Gold game to follow.
