The North Lamar Panthers had two Varsity teams compete in a golf tournament on Monday in Denison. There were a total of 55 players and 11 teams that competed. The North Lamar A team finished 4th with a combined score of 327 while the B team finished in 8th place with a 359 score.
Individually Daniel Durham from the North Lamar A team finished tied for 3rd with a score of 75. North Lamar’s B team member Ollie Samooja finished tied for 7th with a 78. Chase Pasternak from the A team finished with an 82, tying him for 10th place. Cory Compton and Jessup Crutchfiled, also from the A team, finished with 85 each and tied for 20th place. Tanner Bowden of the B team finished tied for 25th with an 86.
The North Lamar golf team is coached by Randy Woodard.
