Archers and fans of archery get ready for this weekend. The Southwest Shoot Out sponsored by Delta Targets is here again this year. This tournament is a part of the McKenzie ASA Pro/Am Tour and will feature some of the best archers and shooters in the country right here in your city.
One notable shooter to be making an appearance is eParisTexas.com sponsored archer, Christy Crawford. Chirsty is a native of Paris and one of the country’s finest women shooters. She is an avid outdoors-woman and professional collegiate athlete. She has gained quite the notoriety as an archer and as since been hired on by Shoot Like a Girl, Inc. to be the National Corporate Sponsorship Coordinator. Shoot Like a Girl is a company that specializes in inspiring and empowering women to participate in shooting sports with confidence.
Along with Christy and thousands of other participants, the Love Civic Center will be filled with archers from all over ready to win this shoot out. From early morning until the evening on Thursday through Sunday over 2000 people are expected to attend this nationally recognized tournament. There will be lots of activities, competitions, and family fun. Everyone is encouraged to attend and see what the sport of competitive bow shooting is all about. If you are a hunter or an outdoor lover, this will feel like home to you.
