A celebration of her life and the life of her daughter, Ashley Nicole Easley is set for Saturday, August 9, 2014 at Pathway International Church of God at 6:00 P.M. with Randy Dority officiating. Fry-Gibbs Funeral home is in charge of cremation arrangements.
She is survived by her children, Jamie Daniels and wife Michelle, Brandy Ashford; grandchildren, Levi Jordan Easley, Chance Ulda Easley, Katherine Ashford, Richard Ashford, Lisa Ashford, Dakota Lewis Daniels, Harley Anglin, Nicholas Daniels; several great-grandchildren; sisters, Pat Fiedler, Mary Mahon, Linda Webb; numerous friends.
She was preceded in death by her daughter, Ashley Nicole Easley; parents, Jess and Doye Webb; brother, Don Webb; sister, Alene Webb.
The family would like to give a special thank you to Covenant Church of McKinney and Pastor Kevin Choate and to Pathway International Church of God.
Ola Fay (Elizabeth) Malone passed away on July 29, 2014 in Paris, Texas. She was a daughter of Mittie Elizabeth Whitney and Henry Thomas Malone of Paris, Texas. She was preceded in death by three brothers, Floyd Edward, William James (Bill), and Bob Henry Malone; and her twin sister Lola Malone Higby. Her eldest sister Lois Malone McCoin lives in Pasadena, California. She is survived by her brother-in-law Bob Higby and sister-in-law Rebecca Whitten Malone, cousins, and many nieces and nephews.
Ms. Malone majored in art at the University of Texas (Austin) and enjoyed artistic endeavors throughout her life. For many years she lived in San Francisco, California where she worked at Crocker Bank and Gumps Department Store. She returned to Paris after her retirement. Her nephew Michael E. Malone cared for her during the last years of her life.
Ms. Malone will have a private burial in Highland Cemetery in the Deport area where the Malone family has been interred for more than 80 years. A memorial service is scheduled at the First Christian Church in Paris on Thursday, August 14, 2014 at 5 pm. The family suggests that memorials in her honor be made to First Christian Church, Lamar County Humane Association, or a charity of your choice.
