Polly Anna Peterson, 93, of Paris, died at 4:17 AM, Saturday, September 28, 2013 at Stillhouse Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center. A graveside service is set for 10:00 AM, Wednesday, October 2, 2013 at Evergreen Cemetery with Rev. Mike Fortenberry officiating. The family will receive friends from 6:00-7:00 PM Tuesday evening at the funeral home. Fry & Gibbs Funeral Home has charge of the arrangements.
Polly was born June 15, 1920 in Hugo, Oklahoma to Wilbur and Annie Bell Kitchens Reagan. She married Leland “Pete” Peterson in Dallas on August 5, 1972. He died January 6, 1985. Prior to her retirement, she was a waitress for cafes in the Paris area. She was a member of East Paris Baptist Church.
Mrs. Peterson is survived by her brother, Robert F. Rose and wife, Carol of North Little Rock, Arkansas; one niece, Kimberly Rose of Mesquite, Texas; and two nephews, Randall Rose and wife, Paula of Hutchins, Texas and Russell Rose of Paris. She was preceded in death by her father, Wilbur Reagan; her mother, Annie Bell Rose; and one nephew, Robert Rose.
