Jimmy Don Dunn, 56, of Texarkana, AR, formerly of Blossom, passed away Saturday, August 18, 2012 at Christus St. Michael Hospital in Texarkana.  Bright-Holland Funeral Home has scheduled graveside services for 2:00 pm, Tuesday, August 21, 2012 in Knights of Honor Cemetery.  The family will receive friends from 7-8 pm, Monday at the funeral home.

Mr. Dunn was born February 2, 1956 in Paris to James L. Dunn and Claudia Pike Dunn.  Jimmy married Jan Bult, April 11, 1980, building over 32 years of family and memories.  He retired from Sara Lee after 30 years of employment.  Jimmy loved camping and fishing.  He was preceded in death by his parents and one sister, Linda Dunn.

Survivors include his wife Jan of Texarkana, AR; three sons, Kenny Dunn of Texarkana, TX, John Dunn of Blossom and Nick Dunn & wife Rachel of Blossom; one daughter, Elizabeth Strate & husband Travis of Texarkana, TX; two granddaughters, Emma Grace Strate and Hadley Strate, both of Texarkana, TX; one brother, Roger Dunn & wife Carolyn of Brookston; two sisters, Eva Magnuson & husband Sam of Sumner, Barbara Moody & husband Dearl of Brookston along with numerous nieces, nephews and a host of friends.

Honorary casket bearers will be Terry Ritchie, Jimmy Lamb, Dewayne Decker, Kenneth Applegate and Mike King.

O. C. Pirtle, 69, of Leonard, died Saturday, Aug. 18, 2012, at his home.

Bright-Holland Funeral Home has scheduled services for 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 21st, at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Bonham with graveside services following at 3:00 p.m. at Highland Cemetery in Stonewall, OK.

Jerry Lollar, 68, of Paris died Sunday August 19, 2012 at his home. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday Aug. 22 at Fry-Gibbs Funeral Home with Rev. Bill Dickey officiating. Burial will follow in Shady Grove cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Tuesday 6-7 p.m.

He was born February 19, 1944 in Paris a son of Clifford and Lorene Taylor Lollar. He married Mary Jones Nov. 5, 1960 in Paris. He was a retired truck driver having drove cross country for 56 years and 36 of those for Earth Grains and Sara Lee. He served his country proudly in the U.S. Army and was a member of Fellowship Baptist Church.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother Kenneth Lollar and sisters Joyce Whittington and Lavada Paige.

Survivors include his wife Mary, children Terry Don Lollar and wife Brenda, Gerry Lee Lollar; grandchildren Justin Lollar and wife Melissa, Tyler Lollar, Matthew Lollar, Jeremy Lollar; great grandchildren Kooper Lollar and yet to be born Bryson Cade Lollar; brother Billy Lollar; sisters Linda Lovin, Sherry Brown, and Pat Lollar.

Pallbearers will be Ryan Whitaker, Troyal Barker, Terry Lovin, Jason Johansen, Michael Shane Hall, Steven Wade Hall. Honorary pallbearers will be Bobby Whitaker and George Hines.
