There is a lot of research that shows enrolling your kids in theater classes can help them develop self-esteem and confidence. Theater also encourages kids to develop critical thinking skills, enhances their ability to work in a group and fosters a sense of cooperation with others. Plus it’s fun!
The Paris Community Theatre will hold registration for theater and art classes for the fall semester on Saturday, September 7 from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Registration and all classes are held at the PCT Brown Centre of Creative Arts, located at 115 Clarksville Street.
Fall classes begin the week of September 9 and run through December 9. The semester concludes with a showcase during which every class performs on the theatre stage.
