Junior Jazzercise; Kids get fit while having fun

Children ages 5-14 will get fit while having fun with Junior Jazzercise at Jazzercise Paris Fitness Center, 2750 E. Price Street Fridays from 4-5 pm.

jrjazz (2)Based on sound principles of exercise and dance physiology, Junior Jazzercise offers a high-energy workout with an emphasis on physical fitness. Trained instructors teach children that fitness can be fun through current dance moves, games & activities, and discussion about basic nutrition. Children who participate in Junior Jazzercise develop a strong sense of accomplishment and build a better self image through their participation in the program. A non-competitive atmosphere allows them to have fun and work together.

Ashley Ballard, certified Jazzercise Instructor for 3 years, will teach Junior Jazzercise.  Cost is $114 for the 12-week program beginning February 1 and includes an end of session performance.  For registration information please contact Jazzercise Paris Fitness Center at (903) 737-8679 now, as space is limited.
