Special guests include Adam Savage of the Mythbusters, Veronica Belmont of Revision3, Jeff Green of PopCap Games, and Brad Muir of Double Fine Productions.
They have a host of crazy activities planned for the daylong marathon, including LEGO build-off challenges, giveaways, and Norm’s “Oculus Endurance Challenge” in which he attempts to endure wearing the 3D immersive display for as long as his body can take, and it’s all for charity!
Viewers and listeners can donate money to egg on the discussion and antics. Donations will go to charitable causes such as Child’s Play, Doctors Without Borders and the Electronic Frontier Foundation.
The festivities will start on Friday, October 25 at Tested.com at 2 p.m. CDT. 24 hours is a long time to dedicate to listening to a podcast, so keep track of what guests you’re interested in as they appear by following Octoberkast on Twitter.
