Two Illegal Child Immigrants Now Confirmed to Have Swine Flu in Texas
Border guards and health officials in Texas are on high alert after two child immigrants were confirmed to have swine flu.
The children were diagnosed with the highly-contagious H1N1 virus at two separate military detention facilities located in Brownsville, Texas last week.
120 people who came in contact with the children have been quarantined to try to contain an outbreak.
This recent outbreak of disease is increasing Texas officials demands that the federal government take steps to secure the border. Yesterday, President Obama was in Texas fundraising and met with Governor Perry, but did not visit the border.
