Auditions for the Paris Community Theatre’s production of J.B., written by Archibald MacLeish and to be directed by Joshua Maxwell are July 21st and 22nd at 6:30pm.

Auditions will be held both nights at the PCT Brown Centre for Creative Arts, located at 115 Clarksville Street.

With a large cast of all ages, J.B. is a retelling of the biblical story of Job. Faced with the horrors of World War II, MacLeish penned his classic play in verse as a testament to the enduring nature of humanity. Winner of the 1959 Pulitzer Prize for Drama, J.B. is a show for the whole family.

Performances will by September 12-14 and September 18-21.

PCT is honored to dedicate this production to the memory of Ray Karrer and all former students and friends are encouraged to audition and attend the show.
