PCT Hiring Theatre Office/Customer Service Manager
This position is responsible for providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a well-organized efficient Theatre/Box Office.
A successful candidate will possess advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Suite (including database creation), a fluency in Quick Books, ability to maintain an organized work space, strong communication skills (both face-to-face and over the phone), strong customer service skills are necessary.
This position deals directly with the public and is the face of Paris Community Theatre when it comes to its patrons. Hours and salary to be discussed. A criminal background check will be performed on all viable candidates.
