The Draggin’ Man Band to perform on the patio for Paris Bakery’s Pizza Night

Tonight at the Paris Bakery, starting around 6pm, the Draggin’ Man Band will fill the back patio with acoustic, jam-band style music.  As the popularity of Pizza Nights at the Bakery grows, local bands are enjoying the opportunity of a welcoming and fun venue to play at.

For fans of the eParis Extra!, the Draggin’ Man Band’s lead singer, songwriter and guitarist —  Josh Allen — is also the Managing Editor of this amazing FREE news source.  When he’s not writing for or editing the Extra, he’s making rock n’ roll and working to open their new studio, Folk n’ Roll Music & Studios, in the beautiful downtown Paris — right next door to the Bakery at 130 N. Main Street.  Although the studio is not open to the public yet, it does serve as the headquarters and office for the Folk n’ Roll Music operations, and the studio in the back is ready for recording sessions.

If you’d like to contact Folk n’ Roll Music & Studios to inquire about recording or production packages, send an email with contact information to folknrollmusic@hotmail.com or josh@eparistexas.com.  Josh Allen & Jason McKee, both graduates of acclaimed Recording Arts school, Mediatech, in Dallas, hold degrees in Audio Engineering, Production, Music Business & Songwriting and have built this full-scale audio production company for the Paris area.  They also specialize in live audio & production and have two full-sized, large audio systems perfect for your event to sound the best it can.

The weather is absolutely PERFECT today for an outdoor performance at The Paris Bakery — located at 120 N. Main Street, downtown Paris.  Their pizza has been hailed by some critics to be ‘the best in the town of Paris’.  They use all natural ingredients, usually coming from the local area, and hand-toss their homemade bread for an amazing, signature crust.

Also, don’t forget, the Bakery’s Pizza Nights are BYOB, which allows you to bring some alcoholic beverages, such as beer or wine, to enjoy with your pizza.  However, the Paris Bakery is ‘kid-friendly’ and the whole family is welcome — the show starts at 6pm.

The Draggin’ Man Band is an original singer/songwriting band from Paris, TX.  They are 3 skilled musicians with a very funky and rhythmic approach to acoustic music and songwriting.

Where as they are an original band, due to release their debut album at the end of this year — recorded at Folk n’ Roll Music Studios — the Draggin’ Man Band also introduces some very obscure covers, playing music by bands like the Rolling Stones, the Band, the Beatles, and many others.

With a music career that started at a young age and has taken him on tour all over the world and to play with many successful bands as a contract lead guitar player, the Draggin’ Man is no stranger to the stage.  Bass player, Jason Mckee, has also shared the stage and tours about the world, making them an amazing performing group.  Max Jones, drummer, percussionist and songwriting mastermind, completes the 3-piece jam band as the newest member of the group on the drums.
