Emily Elbert & the Boston Boys return to Paris, Back by popular demand

Award –winning and spectacular singer/songwriter, Emily Elbert, with her band The Boston Boys, will make another stop at That Guy’s Coffee & Listening Room while on their second tour of Texas. She will be making a special Sunday appearance on June 24, due to the demand for her return by That Guy’s Listening Room concert goers.

“Emily is a favorite among our audiences, so ticket sales are brisk,” stated Gerald Hutchings, owner of That Guy’s Coffee & Listening Room. “Anyone planning to attend the concert should get their tickets soon.”

The Texas native and Berklee College of Music graduate has recently released an album, which was recorded live and is title Alive In Love. The album marks her third release and features 4 new songs and 5 favorites from previous albums infused with the soul of her live performance. Emily and her Berklee classmates, including The Boston Boys, are responsible for the album’s miraculous and seasoned instrumentation, as well as its catchy melodies and improvised feel – making this a must have album.

Elbert is a global recording artist who has won several songwriting competitions and other musical accomplishments. In 2010, Emily was honored by Glamour Magazine for these accomplishments when they named her one of the Top 10 College Women in the U.S. She’s completed a full tour of Europe, as well as tours in the United States.

“Performing at That Guy’s in Paris was the highlight of our tour last year,” Emily says. “We’re all really happy about coming back to play for the wonderful people there.”
