Paris police have arrested a 30-year-old man accused by three different people of assaulting them.
Mark Anthony Somers was taken into custody about 11:15 a.m. Two of the warrants allege Class A misdemeanor assault, and the third alleges felony assault, police department spokesman Curtis Garrett said.
Somers was transferred to Lamar County Jail
Jail records list his address as County Road 45030 near Powderly.
Garrett said Paris police responded to 93 calls on Tuesday, resulting in five arrests.
