Bryan Cody McComb Charged with Burglary

Paris Police responded to a burglar alarm in the 1800 block of Airport Rd on July 9, 2014 and found Bryan Cody McComb, 35, of Paris, in the driveway.

Upon checking, Officers reported that McComb had previously been warned to stay away from the residence and was placed under arrest.

When checking the residence, it was found that McComb had allegedly removed the hinge pins from a door to gain access to the residence.

McComb was also charged with burglary of a residence.

Paris Police arrested three persons in the 1700 block of Cleveland St. at about 2:52 P.M. on July 9, 2014 for warrants charging them with keeping a gambling place.

Information was obtained in May of this year that the residence allegedly had 8-liner machines that were being used for gambling purposes.

Through an investigation, Officers obtained a search warrant and located 5 machines inside the residence.

Arrested on the warrants were Donna Sue Diaz, 57, Phyllis Ann Childers, 70, and Michael Francis Bolger, 57, all of Paris.

The investigation continues.
