Paris Elks Lodge donates items for students with special needs

The Paris Elks Lodge 2433 donated numerous items and supplies to Paris Independent School District this past school year.

Paris Junior High students received an electronic tablet, numerous sensory items, scheduling organizers, and an iPad mini with an application to assist with language.

Justiss Elementary and Aikin Elementary students received repairs for hearing aides and personal assistive listening devices.  Aikin students received a sensory tent and an augmentative communication device.  T.G. Givens students received a mini trampoline for sensory needs.

Paris Elks also sponsored a Christmas party complete with gifts for each student, Santa Claus, a band, and a meal.
