Looking Ahead in Paris ISD

PHS Cosmetology Program Supports Breast Cancer Awareness

During the month of October which is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, Paris High cosmetology students sell pink hair extensions that have been approved for wear at school.  The extensions, donated by CHA’s Beauty Supply, cost $10 per strand.  The cosmetology department, located behind Paris Junior High, opens at 7:30 a.m. This year’s sales will be held in memory of Faith Williams, mother of former cosmetology student Reilly Williams (Class of 2012).  Arrangements can be made for students to come to a location to serve groups of patrons.  For more information, contact instructor Jamie Chapman at 903-737-7400 ext. 2833.
