Local VFW replaces school flag

VFW Post 3990 replaced the American and Texas flags at Aaron Parker Elementary School and held a ceremony to retire the old flags for students. Members of the VFW pictured from left are VFW Commander Holly Bond, HE Mackey, Jr., David Dickerson, and Marshall Hall. Parker fifth grade students pictured with the men from left are Cameron Clark, Devyn Finch, James Odie, and Julian Nava.
