North Lamar’s UIL Academic Team Wins District for 4th Straight Year

North Lamar High School’s UIL academic teams finished strong and earned the District Championship for the 4th straight year.  The District Runner-up was Atlanta with 427 points, followed by Mt. Vernon with 287 points, Pleasant Grove with 167 points, Paris with 87 points and Liberty-Eylau with 40 points.

Speech and Debate wrapped up their district meet on March 21, One Act Play on March 22 then the academic teams on March 23.  The UIL Regional Academic Meet is April 19 and 20.
