Makala Methvin is the winner of the Paris Rotary (Friday) Club Speech Competition held at Learning for Success Center on Jan. 17th, 2013.
Makala will advance to district competition at Clarksville,Texas on January 26th, 2013.
This year’s speech topic was “How Can We Apply the Four Way Test to Promote Peace thru Service”.
