The Chisum TDS team traveled to Mt. Vernon on Sat. Oct. 13 for a long and windy day. They participated in the Country Fest by passing out 300 thumb rings, risk cards, bracelets, and tattoos. This is the beginning of National Teens in the Driver Seat week.
