During the three-day weekend, Paris police officers responded to 304 calls for service, resulting in 25 arrests, department spokesman Curtis Garrett said.
Inside the home, officers located “numerous baggies of synthetic marijuana” that were packaged for sale, Garrett said.
Norris was arrested and charged with two counts of possession of a dangerous drug and one count of manufacturing or delivering a controlled substance in a drug-free zone.
He was later transferred to Lamar County Jail on a total of $53,000 bond — $50,000 for manufacturing or delivery and $1,500 each on each possession count.
