Woman in auto-pedestrian racing crash remains in Dallas hospital

The Paris woman injured in the racing incident on September 8th, where she was severely struck by a racing car, remains in a Dallas hospital, according to Paris Police Chief, Bob Hundley.

Twenty-two year old, Jada Madrid, suffered back injuries and a fractured leg in the crash.

The alleged suspect in the vehicle race that left the scene, Ryan McCray, has been arrested on unrelated charges.

The Paris Police Department’s accident reconstruction team continues the investigation.
