Paris Police arrest 13 over the weekend, Adult Arrests – September 7-9

Beginning Friday the 7th through Sunday th 9th, Paris Police Officers responded to 303 calls for service and arrested 13 persons, according to Paris Police Chief, Bob Hundley.

Michael Paul Dillard, 35, Failure to Identify/Giving False Identification, Evading Arrest/Detainment

Oscar James Head, 33, Failure to Maintain Financial Responsibility, Running Red Light (Steady)

Zenobia Lynn Helsel, 42, Failure to Display DL, Violate Promise to Appear, Failure to Confine Dog

Clara Irene Kirtley, 36, Expired Operator License

Christina Michelle Lovan, 22, Speeding

Scott Allan McDonald, 49, Disorderly Conduct
