On February 07, 2012, 26 year old suspect Tramaine Jarrod Kellum of Paris came to the Paris Police Department and turned himself in on a felony warrant for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon. The original incident was reported on February 05, 2012 where the victim had been taken to the hospital with several stab wounds.
