Break-In and Burglary at Homer's Quick Stop

Police-Car sliderAt about 1:58 A.M. on July 2, 2014, Paris Police responded to a call of a burglar alarm at Homer’s Quick Stop at 1825 FM 195.

When officers arrived, they observed that the front glass door had been shattered. Officers found no one inside the building but determined that the business had been burglarized by viewing the surveillance video.

It was found that a subject had stolen numerous cartons of cigarettes and over $250 in cash from the store.

The cost to repair the front door was estimated at approximately $800.

The incident is under investigation.
