Teen arrested in burglary of TV, X-Box in northwest Paris
An investigation into the reported burglary of a residence in the 600 block of Northwest 24th Street led to the arrest Wednesday of Bryan Michael Widner, 17, of Paris.
Paris Police Department spokesman Curtis Garrett said a television and an X-Box gaming station were reported taken on Wednesday.
Widner, formerly of Heavner, Okla., had been released from the Lamar County Jail just eight days earlier after being incarcerated from Feb. 28 to March 18 on charges of property of theft over $1,500 and credit card/debit card abuse.
Garrett said police responded Wednesday to 79 calls, resulting in seven arrests.
