Paris woman is charged for second time in three weeks with shoplifting; she gave police a fake name
Dee Ann Henry, 52, of Paris was arrested Wednesday in the 3500 block of Lamar Avenue after it was found that she had placed a dress in her purse and had left a store without paying for it.
Police department spokesman Curtis Garrett said the woman identified herself to the investigating officer as Lynn Finley.
It was later determined that her name was Dee Ann Henry, who had had been arrested three weeks ago for shoplifting. The new charge was enhanced to a felony, and she was charged additionally with failure to truthfully identify herself to a law enforcement officer.
