Crimestoppers Crime of the Week

Lamar County Crimestoppers is looking for the public’s help in solving a burglary that took place at a local business earlier in the week.

crime-stoppersSometime between 8:22 P.M. on December 29, 2013 and 5:49 A.M. on December 30, 2013, someone entered the O’Reilly Auto Parts Store in the 2000 block of Lamar Ave. and removed over $1300 from the floor safe. The suspects tampered with the phone lines and the alarm system and caused over $1000 damage to the floor safe. If you know who may be responsible for this burglary or if you happened to see a vehicle in that area that you know did not belong to that area at that time and can describe that vehicle, Paris Police need that information.

If the information that you give leads to the arrest and/or indictment of the person(s) responsible, you could be eligible for a cash reward and you will remain anonymous.
